Huge shoutout to Mike Omer and all the guys at Euro truly the last of a dying breed of honest everything you need around car guys who put the customer first. They truly took care of my car when I was in a tough spot had it towed from a far place I’m glad we have mutual friends so close to home, and now that I fully own the car, there’s no one I trust more. Trust is a two way street, and they’re nothing but honest, authentic, and genuinely there for you. In just one year have spent on what’s necessary to maintain this German car and, they’ve saved me over $3000 and more importantly, given me peace of mind sleep better! Wouldn’t bring my car anywhere else.

Had an amazing experience with this shop. The thermostat on my diesel BMW SUV went bad and I needed it fixed promptly. Brought my vehicle by in the morning and it was done by the end of the day. Insanely quick, professional and fair prices. I had other big name shops in the area turn me away due to my BMW being diesel. These folks took it in with no hesitation and I really appreciated it. Highly recommend!

Very thorough, honest and responsive. We needed a lot of work done and they did it in 24hrs. They provided a very thorough report and videos of everything that was wrong. Best mechanic experience I have ever had.

I may have already reviewed this shop but I'm coming back to do another 5 stars after a great recent experience. Mike who runs the shop is a real stand up mechanic. I went in for an AC compressor replacement and when there were issues after a first run at the problem they fixed everything over again at no extra charge. A rare gem of an auto shop run by stand up people.

I can’t say enough good things about this shop. I was scheduled to bring my car in after some parts arrived but it wouldn’t start when it was time to take it in. Mike sent his guy out in the rain to jump the car, which was above and beyond. Communication was clear and the work was done quickly at a fair price — all of which is rare in NYC (and for European cars anywhere).

Five stars isn’t enough for Euro Auto Repair. After dealing with another shop that charged me over $2,000 and still didn’t fix the issue, I was honestly frustrated and starting to think my car was a lost cause. That shop told me that the problem was basically impossible to solve after taking thousands of dollars from me. Then I found Euro Auto Repair... and everything changed. I spoke with Mike, who was professional, straightforward, and reassuring from the start. He took the time to explain things clearly and made me feel like my car was fixable... not some hopeless situation. That alone was a huge difference. It’s now been several days, and my car is running perfectly. The problem that the other shop couldn’t fix? Completely resolved. And I have to mention Elvis... he went above and beyond. He picked me up from the train and even drove me to the bank so I wouldn’t have to pay a $130 tax fee. That level of service is rare. It’s not just about fixing cars here... it’s about genuinely taking care of people. If you need repairs and want an honest, professional shop that actually stands behind their work, this is the place. I’m beyond grateful. Truly five stars across the board.

MIKE the owner and OMAR are master mechanics with foreign And all kind of cars. They go above and beyond for his customers and really give honest, fair, and great advice. professional and knowledgeable.Very fair on prices.They are trustworthy and has saved my car many times. Master mechanics of my Mercedes Benz and I have been very happy ever since I met them. They have me as a customer for life!!! Highly recommend Euro Auto Repair the best in the tri-state!!!
